The chefs were kind enough to share their recipe and it is as follows:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients of Corn Capsicum Lababdar:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 American Corn kernels &#8211; 300 g<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Capsicum &#8211; 3 nos. cut into cubes<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3 Chopped onions<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2 chopped tomatoes<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quarter cup chopped coriander<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Half tea spoon cumin seeds<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 tea spoon chilli powder<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 table spoon coriander powder<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 tea spoon cumin seed\u00a0 powder<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Half tea spoon turmeric powder<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 tea spoon <em>garam masala<\/em> powder<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quarter cup fresh cream\u00a0 (optional)<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3 table spoon oil<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Salt to taste<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Boil the corn in water. Drain the water once it&#8217;s cooked and set it aside<\/li>\n<li>Heat the oil in a <em>kadhai <\/em>or a broad wok. Add cumin seeds. When it starts crackling, add chopped onions and cook till golden brown<\/li>\n<li>Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Stir fry for a minute.<\/li>\n<li>Add chopped tomatoes and cook till oil leaves the <em>masala <\/em>and continuously keep stirring.<\/li>\n<li>Add diced capsicum and mix well. Finally add boiled corn, <em>garam masala<\/em> powder and salt.
