Here is the recipe for one type of spicy Bhindi made at the kitchens of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ManaHotels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mana Ranakpur<\/a>, where you can sample the most authentic Rajasthani cuisine!<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients Mirchwaali Bhindi (Spicy Lady Finger)<\/span><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lady Finger a.k.a. Bhindi (100g)<br \/>\nGreen Chilly (25g)<br \/>\nChopped Onion (10g)<br \/>\nChopped Garlic (8g)<br \/>\nCummin Seed (2g)<br \/>\nTurmeric Powder (2g)<br \/>\nRed Chilli Powder (2g)<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nMustard Oil (15ml)<br \/>\nChaat Masala (2g)<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Method of Mirchwaali Bhindi (Spicy Lady Finger)<\/span><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash the Lady Finger (Bhindi thoroughly) and cut along the length to make 4 &#8211; 5 long pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat the above step with the Green Chilly<\/li>\n<li>Heat Mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds<\/li>\n<li>Once hot, add chopped onion &amp; garlic. Wait for onions to start getting brownish in colour<\/li>\n<li>After that, add the Lady Finger. Cook it for about 1 minute on a mild flame<\/li>\n<li>Then add green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
