It presents a magnificent panoramic view of the vast expanse of the hills. It is a cliff that has got its name because of this striking resemblance to the elephant trunk and head. Standing over the cliff you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Helens_Point\"><\/span><strong>Helen\u2019s Point<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This is another popular point that attracts a large number of tourists every day. The rainbows formed by the mist of the fall is a delight for the photographers.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Wilson_Point\"><\/span><strong>Wilson Point<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Wilson point, also popularly known as the Sunrise Point, is a vast plateau. Named after Sir Leslie Wilson, the Governor of Bombay from 1923\u201326, Wilson Point is the highest point in Mahabaleshwar at 1439 mts. Wilson point is the only location in Mahabaleshwar where both sunrise and sunset can be seen.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Connaught_Peak\"><\/span><strong>Connaught Peak<br \/>\n<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This peak, which is formerly known as Mount Olympia, is the second highest peak in Mahabaleshwar.
