Green Peas Kofta Curry is basically a preparation wherein different vegetables are mashed into balls and then dipped into some gravy. There are varieties of koftas available depending upon the main ingredient. In this case, we are using green peas, which are available throughout the year now.

Green Peas Kofta Ball


  • Green Peas: 200g
  • Gram Flour: 70g
  • Green Chilli: 10g
  • Green Corinder: 5g
  • Ginger: 2g
  • Red Chilli Powder: 5g
  • Turmeric Powder: 2g
  • Garam Masala: 2g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander Powder: 2g


  1. Boil the green peas and mash them.
  2. Put all the ingredients together & mix it well like- Green chilli, green coriender, red chilli powder gram flour, garam masala.
  3. After that make medium size round balls and fry them.


Onion & Corn Gravy


  • Onion: 300g
  • Butter: 10g
  • Cashew nut: 70g
  • Cream: 10g
  • Green Chilli: 10g
  • Turmeric Powder: 2g
  • Cummin Powder: 5g
  • Cinnamon Powder: 5g
  • Garlic: 5g
  • Green Coriander: 5g
  • Green Cardamom: 3g
  • American Corn: 60g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red Chilli Powder: 5g
  • Coriander Powder: 5g
  • Oil: 200g


  1. Heat oil in the pan and fry the onion & cashew nut paste till it becomes light brown in color.
  2. Add the paste of garlic, green chilli, ginger & coriander leaves and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add the paste of cinnamon, cardamom & cumin seeds and fry for 2 more minutes.
  4. Now add the corn paste, salt, butter, and fry for another 10 minutes.
  5. When it is done, arrange a shallow dish & dip the kofta balls in it.
  6. Garnish with green chop coriander & cream.
  7. Serve hot with Roti.
