“I took the road less traveled by, And that has made all the difference”
– Robert Frost

When in search of adventure or a change from the norm, pack your bags and listen to the wise Mr. Frost and you will realize that you have opened up a whole new world.

Ranakpur is a small Rajasthani village located near Sadri, a town in the Pali district. It is situated between Jodhpur and Udaipur, in a valley on the western side of the Aravali Range. Udaipur and Ranakpur are well connected by road and the drive as you can see is scenic. Along the way, the town of Sadri is as colorful as the rest of mainstream Rajasthan.  One of the biggest sources of livelihood here is the craft of durry or carpet making.

Ranakpur is known to the religious tourist for the grand and exquisite Jain temple dedicated to the 1st of the 24 Tirthankars, Rushubhdev.
