Method:-
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add bay leaves, green cardamom, cloves, ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for 1 minute. Add onion and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add coriander powder, white pepper powder, red chili powder, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add cashew nuts paste and yogurt and mix well.
Step 3
Add chicken and salt mix well. Cover and cook on low heat till the chicken is almost done.
Step 4
Add saffron milk and mix. Cover and cook till the chicken is completely cooked. Transfer into a serving bowl.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh cream, halved cashew nuts, and serve hot.
