Recipe of Chinese Cigar:-

Method:-
- Mixed flour and egg in a large bowl, stir the salt into the flour. Mix the water into the flour to form a batter Cover.
- Heat and grease a nonstick pan with oil. Once the pan is hot with medium heat, pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and tilt the pan around quickly to make a thin pancake.
- Cook on medium heat until you see the sides are beginning to peel off. When the sides begin to peel off, turn the wrapper and cook on the other side for a few seconds.
- Once the pancake is ready, cut the same in a triangular shape.
- Put the mixture in the pancake and roll as per required size and thickness.
- Making of the mixture – cut the Julian’s of carrot, capsicum & cabbage (if required beans). Semi cooks the mixture with required seasoning such as chilli/soya – sauce, vinegar white pepper.
- Deep fry the same until golden brown in color.
- Serve with accompaniment( Hot Garlic Sauce).
